We use a variety of programs complimented with core exercises designed to thread stubborn fat from around your mid-section, strengthen the core, and sculpt abdomen muscles! A high intensity workout with emphasis on achieving a slimmer toned body and belly. This class is a great compliment to any strength workout or personal training programs.
