WHEN I SAY RIPPED, YOU SAY FUN!

This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight exercises. R.I.P.P.E.D. masterfully combines the components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance. Participants jam through a R.I.P.P.E.D. class with big smiles, motivating music,determination and strength.No boredom here; for all levels. R.I.P.P.E.D. is effective, tough; the instructor shows modification that will absolutely challenge all levels of fitness and endurance!

Requirements: Towel, water and mat is optional.


R.I.P.P.E.D. – The One Stop Body Shock™ is a “Plateau Proof Fitness Formula” that creates continuity, consistency and challenge in each and every R.I.P.P.E.D. class. You only need to do it twice a week. It is Plateau Proof, because each component of the workout provides a uniquely different emphasis or system response, so your body never gets accustomed to the constantly changing format. Regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes to an hour depending on how hard you work.
