Plyometrics and Endurance. Participants jam through a R.I.P.P.E.D. class with big smiles, motivating music,determination and strength.No boredom here; for all levels. R.I.P.P.E.D. is effective, tough; the instructor shows modification that will absolutely challenge all levels of fitness and endurance!
Requirements: Towel, water and mat is optional.
