Get serious about your workout and fall in love with fitness. Workouts-of-the-Day are workouts designed by a certified personal trainer.  It's a great way to work out at your individual fitness level without the stress of keeping up with everyone else in the class. It's strength training combined with medium to high intensity interval training for an unbelievable calorie burn. You’ll have a blast getting into knockout shape.
