ABOUT OUR YOGA CLASSES

Chair 11:00am Thursdays. Improve your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses specially adapted for seniors (55 and older) at any level of health and fitness. Chairs and props are provided to keep everyone safe and supported—no need to bring a yoga mat.

Christian Yoga 7:30pm Wednesdays. This one hour, yoga class is set to Christian music and combines breath work, movement and mindfulness. It is an all-levels dynamic class.

Energize 5:15am Thursdays. What better way to start your day than to release all the stiffness and loosen those tight muscles? Set your body and mind up for success with an energetic flow to waken the body fully and power up your day with joyful positivity. It’ll be better than coffee! Appropriate for all levels.

Gentle 11:30am Tuesdays. A gentler approach to Vinyasa yoga. Build stamina, increase flexibility, and improve balance as we focus on creating a solid foundation, healthy alignment and breath awareness. Great for beginners. All levels welcome.

Lunch Break 11:45am Fridays. This 40 minute class will start and end on time so you can get back to work feeling energized, de-stressed, and ready to tackle any afternoon challenges! Appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. No need to change clothes if you don’t want to, our sweat level will be low in this class. We will focus on balance, stretching and letting go of stress. Come get your mid-day peace!

POWER 5:15am Tuesdays 11:00am Saturdays. Power Yoga is a high fitness- fast paced-Vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, its benefits include building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Restorative (as scheduled). Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. This practice is great for those looking to reduce stress and to calm the excessive mind chatter. It combats insomnia and helps to promote deep sleep. Restorative yoga is also recommended for those dealing with loss or recovering from injuries. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice. No yoga experience needed! Dress in layers and bring a pillows and blanket if possible.

Sculpt 8:30am Wednesdays. Yoga sculpt incorporates hand weights and high intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect. Yoga Sculpt also incorporates cardio exercises to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. And of course there is always a challenging core workout mixed in!

VIBE & CHILL  7:30pm Tuesday. This class is the perfect blend of energy and relaxation to start your day off right, incorporating 30 minutes of Vinyasa yoga with 30 minutes of yin yoga. We start with some fluid movement you can vibe to and end with deep, earthy stretches to help you chill all while enjoying some soulful tunes. Be prepared to sweat and restore during this 60 minute session 

Vinyasa 10:00am Mondays. Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales, creating a steady internal rhythm for the practice.

Yin 10am Fridays, 7:30pm Thursdays. Yin yoga targets the body's connective tissue. Unlike Vinyasa practice, yin yoga is a slower paced class with long held passive poses doing wonders for joint health, flexibility, circulation, and mental focus.

PLEASE KINDLY REMEMBER TO BRING A YOGA MAT TO CLASS
