Greetings, I'm Trish! Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have over 23 years of group exercise experience and 20 years as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
I understand first-hand after spending 27 years in the military how injuries, surgeries and a stressful lifestyle can lead to unhealthy habits. I am inspired everyday by the opportunity to help others improve their health.
TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Being healthy with a positive body image that you feel good about is a side effect of a healthy lifestyle. Training should be fun, but effective with the right amount of progression for the individual being trained. Everyone is different and there's no one formula when it comes to change. I have personally helped countless of individuals lose weight, change their body image, get stronger, and reach their personal best. I look forward to helping you too!
